Independent State of Papua New Guinea

The Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary (RPNGC) Blue DPM was adopted in the early 1990s, as a means to distinguish members of the RPNGC Special Services. It is not, however, an official uniform because it is yet to be 'gazetted'.
