Roggenwolf 'Lichen' (proposal)
Commonwealth of Australia
Developed in January 2006 with urbanised terrain in mind, 'Lichen' is an adaptation of Roggenwolf's 2006 'Raggedy Man' family of camouflage patterns. Like most Roggenwolf patterns prior to 2008, it is an integrated design comprised of both a macropattern and a micropattern. Until recently, it was widely promoted as Roggenwolf's signature camouflage pattern because it clearly illustrated the principles underlying their approach to camouflage design.
The version of 'Lichen' shown here was subsequently displayed at the Land Warfare Conference and Exhibition 2007, which was held in Adelaide, South Australia, from 22 to 26 October 2007. To date, only one complete uniform is known to exist.
