Republic of Poland
Poland's Pantera ('Panther') camouflage is a four-colour pattern, comprising black, dark green and red brown elements on a medium grey-green background. First used by Polish Airborne and Cavalry brigades and units serving in UN missions, such as the United Nations Protection Force (UNPROFOR), this distinctive camouflage pattern was eventually developed as the standard uniform of the Polish Land Forces (Polish: Wojska Lądowe RP).
A desert version of this pattern — called Pantera pustynna ('desert panther') — was introduced into service in March 2002.
