New Zealand disruptive pattern camouflage
New Zealand

New Zealand disruptive pattern camouflage is the standard issue of the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF). Created in 1980, New Zealand disruptive pattern was originally based on 1968 British disruptive pattern camouflage. However, it has undergone many changes over the years and deserves to be classified as a distinctive DPM variant.

The example shown here dates from 2000 and represents, at the time of writing, the most recent evolution of New Zealand disruptive pattern camouflage. It is comprised of moderate yellowish brown, greyish olive, dark greyish reddish brown and reddish black elements.
